Charles’ album is a gentle reminder that sometimes it’s good to stop, take a deep breath and just listen. After listening to the first few seconds, you’ll feel like you are being transported to another place instantly. You don’t know what this place might be, but its the perfect moment to simply close your eyes and appreciate the change in scenery.

This is a video that we put together and I’m honoured that I was able to contribute to this project. The video is filmed in Barcelona in December 2019.

A few words by Charles:

“The tracks compiled here are very much a product of their time and place. I’d never visited such a foreign and often unforgiving place emotionally and psychologically before and I wanted the listener to be able to visit that same place but from a safe distance. It’s probably the most autobiographical of the recent albums and I attribute that to how we confront crises of existence, pain, and, in the end, how we redeem our lives despite these exhausting factors.”
